That’s a really nice screencast and shows off some good features that actually made me go, “huh, that’s kind of neat”, particularly when the part about selecting from previous standard responses and recently attached files was shown.
For a company that has a significant amount of regular support emails I could see Mailroom being a very useful and productivity-enhancing application.

There are a lot of new features and old ones “done right” this time around.
Hello! I like this~You didn’t tell me everything could be seen in one screen. I like the attachment window where you can find your attachments faster, I could really use that right now…Does it really run that fast??? I like the preview pane option… It helps with forwards, you know sometimes they take forever to load and for the most part you don’t really want to open them… I like the green color scheme too, very easy on the eyes
I wish we had the little note thing, is that something you can attach to your calendar, like a reminder type thing?
